Atlas Heating & Cooling publishes homeowner guides about heating, cooling and water heaters in Rock Hill, York County and nearby areas. This page explains the standards those guides follow and how we fix mistakes.
Our facts come from one source
Every guide is checked against a fact sheet Atlas approves. It covers who we are, where we work, what we offer and what we can and cannot claim. If a fact is not on that sheet, it does not go in a guide.
What we will not publish
- Prices presented as our own fixed prices. We quote after we diagnose your system.
- Guarantees of savings, arrival times or results.
- Certifications, awards, ratings or years in business that we cannot show.
- Made-up customer stories, quotes or reviews. Reviews on our site come from Google.
- Names of people who do not work at Atlas.
Sources
When a guide uses a statistic, code requirement or rebate amount, we link to the source. Rules and incentives change. Check the source or call us before you rely on a number.
Corrections
If you see something wrong, email ad***@***********ol.com or call (803) 839-0020. We fix factual errors and update the date on the page. In October 2026 we reviewed our older articles and removed claims we could not support.
