Great HVAC Company! Down to earth, highly experienced, honest techs that care about their customers and are proactive to make sure my system is serviced operating as it should. I was blown away by how detailed they were when they serviced my AC system this spring. They took off every panel and made sure it was clean and operating to its peak performance. Today it was great to turn my heat on for the first time this season and know that Atlas had already been by to service it. It is really great being a customer of a company that really does care about taking care of their customers and don’t just make you feel like just a number. Atlas an excellent company and I highly recommend them!

Atlas Heating & Cooling is truly exceptional! They responded to my call within an hour, and their crew worked incredibly fast and efficiently. I was so impressed that they left my house cleaner than they found it. They even went above and beyond by identifying and fixing a non-functioning compressor on a secondary AC unit at no extra charge. While their quote wasn’t the absolute lowest, their pricing was extremely competitive, and they were completely transparent about their costs, beating out most big HVAC companies. Atlas Heating & Cooling will definitely be my go-to for bi-annual maintenance and any future repairs. I highly recommend this local gem!

Can I give them a 100/10? Literally, the best and I will be recommending them to everyone. They squeezed us in and helped get our heat back on track with very reasonable pricing. Conversations were helpful, and not just sales pitches. They have a customer for life.

Ross was very professional and got me scheduled quickly. Communication was clear about when to expect a technician. Stephen showed up on time. He listened, checked our system and then thoroughly explained what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He was courteous, professional, and quickly got our heat working. Fair pricing, great service and we look forward to them servicing our units going forward. Atlas has now installed a new system for our bonus room. Ross and Stephen did a great job, everything was clean, and the system works great. The best part? They answer questions, make suggestions and truly feel like partners in making your home more comfortable!

Atlas had a tech at my house in less than two hours from the time I called to diagnose my issue with my air-conditioning unit. John my tech that arrived was able to diagnose the issue right away. He was very helpful in explaining the process and providing options.

Atlas was great to work with. I especially liked that Ross outlined multiple options for us to choose a solution that most fit our needs. Steven and John were awesome with the install. They took great care to be clean, prompt, and did excellent work. Communication was always timely and pro-active. They even added extra landscape rocks to ensure everything looked just right before they left. Good price, great equipment and highly recommend!

John was able to make time and come assess our problem within a few hours. His communication was great as to his arrival time. He provided a quick assessment and was able to promptly address the issue. He provided a detailed explanation of the issue and the options to resolve. No sales pressure which is a huge plus. Provided a reasonable estimate of the long term solution. He was very friendly and respectful while in our house. Will definitely work with Atlas and John in the future!
